Our individual virtual consultation sessions are designed to address your specific needs in as timely and efficient manner as possible. The more information you can provide us in advance of your session, the better we can tailor our session to meet your circumstances in a timely manner.
Our group virtual consultation sessions are designed to involve team members from a sports organization, training facility or rehabilitation facility to address the groups collective needs in as timely and efficient manner as possible. If you can provided us with key topic areas or case studies in advance of the session, we will be able to plan for the session and provide key resources, examples and alternative solutions.
We provide these consultations as a means of facilitating a complete and timely recovery from injury, particularly in cases where the athlete needs to be returned to full competitive sport. These sessions involve discussion of exercise progressions, movement mechanics and key elements of return to sporting practice and competition.
In-person training sessions are available the Vancouver, BC, Canada area, as this is our home base for operations. Sessions will be no less than 1 hour in duration and will involve documentation with high speed video.
